Tweetdepends on the person. most people will gain some fat when bulking due to the increase in cals. but if you eat clean it should be minimal
TweetAs long as you diet correclty, when cycling, one does not gain any fat, correct?
Of course before cycling, its best to try and get down to as low bf% as possible before beginning.
Does that seem to be the standard?

It all depends on your diet, what bodyfat you are at, and how your body handles itself...I've got buddies that do gain some fat when they bulk but the guys still have a damn 8 pack..
TweetSteroids won't make you gain fat if that is what you are asking. Like most say here to maximize a bulking cycle excess calories are needed which results in an increase in BF.
TweetI respectfully disagree bro. There was a study done on subjects comparing anavar and deca. The group on anavar lost subq and IM fat while the ones on deca gained IM fat.Originally posted by Rickson

Tweetits all about diet bro cleaner the better
TweetI guess as long as I increase the lean protien, and keep the carbs at the way they are now, I should gain hopefully just muscle,
I should also drop fat, cause I'm gonna do a lot more cardo (40min more/wk which will put it up to 160min a week!)
I will eat more protein than I am now currently, I'll see if it works in a month.

it really depends on the individual. Like say myself, only a little, not much. I eat really clean when on and when I'm off I even sometimes eat cleaner. But it just depends on diet, cardio, sleep, proper post recovery, etc...
