Guys I am on a pretty strict diet and for each meal I am taking in around 40g protein, 50g carbs, and 18g of fat. My carbs are only from fruits and green veggies. I have found its pretty hard to find green veggies that have a significant amount of carbs!!! Green peas is the most I have found. And as for fruits Ive been stickin to bananas because I know they have around 30carbs. Any tips or suggestions for my diet here??? Especially on the green veggies?...
