Calories- 308
Fat- 13grams
Carbs-22grams
Protein-28 grams
I used quick cookin oats (uncooked), natural peanut butter, and chcolate whey protein. Also used enough water to get the batter wet and somewaht sticky. they were great in between meals or as a replacement.
