Tweetyeah i've researched it pretty thoroughly...if i do go ahead and use it, it'll only be 4-6 weeks during cycle (post-workout)...so you don't take any lipolytic agents to prevent fat gain??? basically from what i've read one of three outcomes happens when you use insulin 1) you add a great deal of muscle beyond what just steroids can give u 2) you become fat 3) you die...i'm opting for option 1

I started doing 10iu's post workout. I then bumped it up to 10ius post workout, AND 10iu's in the morning. I started developing a rash when I did this, so I stopped. I am going to go back on at 10iu's post workout on saturday.
I took it 4-5 days/week.

Tweetyeah that's what i was figuring on doing...just post-workout...i workout 5 days per week...starting off at 4 iu and moving up in increments of 2 iu maybe getting up to 8-10 iu (see how i respond) Fluid...do you take ECA, clen or some other fat burner while on? and how long do you shot-gun insulin before cycling off? i was figuring 4-6 weeks

same here, my metabolism is very fast. However I do use Xenadrine and green tea to keep off some fat. Slin? I don't know, too risky I guess.

Tweeti have used up to 20 iu's /day, 10 am, 10 postworkout
because slin can make you fat, i am not naturally slim, and my metabolism lies 100% in how i eat, i prefer a conservative dose and i take HCA everytime i take slin
this may sound silly to some of you, but i take 2iu am, 2iu postworkout with 1 iu gh at the same time (year-round i might add). i lose about a pound a week in between cycles if i do not follow this routine. i'll usually consume 40-50 grams protein and 50-60 grams carbs, AVOID FAT. if you want to use more slin, it will help you gain like a mofo if you're like me, but do take some T3 and/or an ECA cuz you'll gain as much fat as muscle. Always eat clean no matter what you take
TweetI just use r-ALA with all meals and shake, even though it negates some of the insulin spike, I feel it keeps me leaner. I use only on workout days 10-14 ius of Humalog. I avoid fat 2 hours before, and 4 hours after, even though it is overkill to wait 4 hours.
