  • a couple of questions

    1. Why is it ok for the US to enter Pakistan's sovereign territory unauthorized in order to target terrorists, but Russia is condemned for doing the same thing in Georgia?

    2. Why did the US recognize the independence of Kosovo in Feb. 2008 but condemn Russia for doing the same for S. Ossetia and Abkhazia in Aug. of the same year?

      I don't remember the U.S. performing a full assault operation against Pakistan. Isn't that what Obama said he wants to do.

            1. they wanted our help, just didnt ask yet. georgia didnt want russia's help! lol....russia went after geogia. we went after individuals. we didnt go after packistan BIG DIFF!!!

            2. becouse we're right and they're wrong....we roll like that!

              no dave...georgia didnt want russias help..it was georgia who attacked south ossetia and russia came to their defense...like we did when iraq attacked kuwait....

                I think a lot of Russia's problem is the country is being perceived as sliding back into a more authoritative style government. When a country doesn't respect the rights of it's own citizens everything that country does outside those boundaries are going to be viewed very cynically.
