The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

"There is no such thing as big pussies just little dicks. If it is loose just keep packing dick to it."
TweetBigsoda,
Good plan, and excellent use of clean real food, IMHO, body always responds if more real food is used verses shakes. Shakes do have their place and are important, just real food should dominate.
Question: How's the "pump" with the low carbs?
Thanks
Trip
TweetEggs whites are a decent source of protein, but 12 egg whites? Not only is that not practical, but theres much better out there. I noticed your complete macronutrient ratio wasnt listed, can someone fill me in on what that is? Wheres your complex carbs? Breakfast in bodybuilding is still the most important meal of the day. Drop some of those damn egg whites and include some oatmeal, or bran flakes, something to get the day startedOriginally posted by BigSoda

I agree protein shakes serve their place, but this could be replaced with a can or 2 of tuna, table spoon of flax on some wheat bread with a glass of milk, or something of that nature.meal 4-same as 2
Fructose wont get the job done before your workout. You need 1 gram of carbohydrates (dextrose, malto, complex) for every .5lb of bodyweight. I usually have a large glass of orange juice with a scoop of whey (vitamin c is suppressive of cortisol), whey for fast acting, GH (thus IGF-1 release) and either a homemade protein bar or dry oats. This is an important 'meal' because your workout depends on it.meal 5-pre workout-an apple
I would split this up in a 50/50 malto/dextrose ratio.meal 6-shake w/50 grams pro and 75 grams of dextrose
Make sure you have some cottage cheese or large glass(s) of milk before bed to feed your muscle tissue with protein through the night. Congrats. on the loss of weight, and let it continue
TweetYJ
how about a bowl of oatmeal with whey mixed in as a pre-workout meal/snack? Would that be good?
TweetActually doesnt sound too bad...you have to be careful the amount of oats and make sure they're natural oats, but a small bowl would be ideal...Originally posted by LadiesMan

TweetYJ - look bro. This diet is about timed nutrient intake. I have found that consuming carbs throughout the day hinders progress. Unless you work construction or something of that nature, what is the point of eating a bunch of carbs first thing in the AM? Don't give me that bullshit about glycogen stores either, because they would still be full from the post workout meals thenight before. Sleeping does not deplete much glycogen.
Look - I'm not even going to get into a big debate over this because quite frankly, the shit that you said in your post is nothing mor than the same type of diet advice your read on about.com or some cheesy mainstram crap like that.
The diet is obviously working great for him - why the hell would you suggest he go changing a bunch of things?

TweetThis demonstrates the depth of your knowledge bro. You say " Fructose wont get the job done before your workout." . Then in the same paragraph state that you have a large glass of OJ before your workout. What the hell do you think is in OJ? Dextrose? IT IS FRUCTOSE. Man you just rub me wrong bro. ..sorry if I seem to be flaming you, but your post just pissed me off.Originally posted by YellowJacket

TweetWhoa killer, Im not trying to play who's got bigger balls here (Im on clomid, so I win.....no really, mine are bigger). So before you get your panties in a bunch, Taking carbs through the day hinders progress? Haha, thats new to me, would like to see multiple references on this one please. The point in eating carbs (not necessarily a bunch) is building up your energy stores for the day, carbohydrates do more than fill the muscle bellies with glycogen brother, might want to research the importance of carbohydrates sometime.Originally posted by goliath.jr

Oh, I do this for a living brother, as a human nutritionist, I would have to say my 'shit I said' is proven and much more on track than your lackluster performance, so no, I will not debate nothing either, as your's isnt even adequate enough to debate. Too many holes in it my friend.Look - I'm not even going to get into a big debate over this because quite frankly, the shit that you said in your post is nothing mor than the same type of diet advice your read on about.com or some cheesy mainstram crap like that.
The diet is obviously working great for him - why the hell would you suggest he go changing a bunch of things?Ok, now Im actually getting a bit pissed off... Not sure who the fuck you think you are brother, but I simple critiqued it, added to it, etc. pay more attention next time and I wouldnt have to explain such simplistic shit. You're getting all hot and bothered because you think I just destroyed your beloved piece of work, when it actually wasnt that bad, given a few of your other posts where you said alcohol was a good source of energy (LoL), this seems to be a step up for you, so before you try to get in a pissing match with me, maybe you should review the critique and learn from it instead of thinking your's was perfect. Only here to help, not to step on any toes.
My intelligence isnt on trial here, like I said before, I have a degree in human nutrition, and create and walk people of all ages through diet plans, nutritional outlooks, etc. So please, get off my nuts about my 'depth of knowledge' because once again, it certainly exceeds your's.

Not sure what in tyhe paragraoh gave you the most trouble, but let me say it again REAL slow this time..... vitamin C is in orange juice. Vitamin C has been proven suppressive to cortisol. Cortisol is the stress hormone thats released and its catabolic to muscle tissue. This is a bad thing. It can be suppressed with vitamin C, vitamin C is in orange juice. An apple? Wtf? where did you get your degree from? or info. from? The oats or homemade protein bar will be the primary fuel source for the complex, dynamic movements, as frustose is mainly for liver glucose restoration.
I dont know what about my post pissed you off, but I think its because I didnt agree 100% with you, and you cant handle someone not agreeing with you, as resembled in a few other posts I havent agreed with you. So next time, to avoid me flaming you to hell, have some references to back your shit up, or dont cry like a baby when someone doesnt agree with you.
TweetI'm going to let myself calm down a bit before I reply to your "degreed" ramblings.
