TweetI'd say food intake(nutrition) is the biggest contributer to growth for me. Hands down. I've pretty much proven it to myself. But, of coarse, it isn't the same for every individual. And of coarse, dave, as I stated in the beginning that we all know that all of those are needed for best gains, but the eating part is the most important for me.
