My opinions on why she wasnt picked are:

there is already a black man with a middle eastern terrorist name on the ticket, adding a white female just adds to the madness. There are the people who'd never vote for an African and the people who would never vote for a woman eliminated all at once.

Secondly their infighting all the way to the bitter end had both sides caused so much hatered between the two canidates wont allow them to be on the same ticket. They just cant kiss and make up and play nice after that.
