Tweeti got no pain at all... i do feel a big pressure inside tho if i do it too fast. but agter few mins it's all gone... put a heating pad for 5 mins if it does end up hurting..... try 1st time 0.5cc's then 2nd time 1cc, and so on.. do it gradually.. not 2cc's right away...
i just looooove delts/bis/tris... i don't even bother now doing quads or glutes... no pain, no blood, easily accessible... just perfect..
