I think I would find a spot to tuck some cans of chicken, tuna, salmon and kipper snacks. You might have to do a few more whey protein, but I hate to see you get the major of you meals through protein shakes. Natural foods are so much better.
You should also look into LBA's (Liquid Beef Aminos). On ProMuscle a lot of the members are using and they swear by it. They say it's all they need instead of the protein powder.
According to them 1 g LBA protein is as good as 2 g of protein from powder. I think there is 1 Tbls = 5 g. protein, 32 Tbls / 16oz LBA container. Here's a link to it.
