hey guys and gals
TweetI'd like to apologize for the neglection as a couple of others have. I've had a crazy last couple...hell, last month, but things should be getting back to normal soon. Just when they were...bam...hit with some more shyt last week that threw me all off keel. and work has been hectice<---understatement.

TweetBro, I'm right there with you. With my swim team, family, client's races and the training I am putting in myself (I commited to another full ironman next year) I haven't been around in a while. Everybody here understands! Do what you gotta do!
