      Guys -

Just curious if any have advice on a short (3-4 week) T3 cycle as I am winding down from a cut cycle using Clen/ECA. Problem being is that I will not be using any AS to offset loss of muscle tissue. I have been on a super high protein diet to combat this naturally and the cardio I do is never beyond a fat-burning pace. After dropping 25 pounds, I feel like I am leveling off and would really like to see another 10 go over the next 3-4 weeks. My protein intake is at 600g/day over 9 meals and I take in about another 150g/day of complex carbs (potatoe, broccoli & oatmeal). Do you think this will continue to help combat muscle loss as I obviously only want to shed fat. I'm willing to sacrifice a little muscle loss as getting leaner right now is the ultimate goal. Thanks for any input.

personally, i wouldn't use T3 without some type of steroid...btw...600 grams of protein seems a bit excessive...how much do you weigh?

600grams of protein is overkill, add 150 grams of carbs and the fat intake you failed to mention, that's a lot of calories and won't stimulate fat burning. 10 pounds over 3-4 weeks is attainable even without T-3, but if you must 25mcg/day would be enough to get you over the hump.

I would suggest decreasing a little bit your protein and increase EFA's.

I know 600g is a ton of protein, but the diet itself came from a Pro who uses it prior to competitions. I have nowhere the muscle he has, but I am a similar weight (started at 262). Fat intake is probably around 100g or less as I only eat chix breast, cab eye steak (which has almost the same fat content as chix), egg whites, tuna, IsoPure, potatoes, broccoli and oatmeal. Like I said, I've managed to drop 25 #'s so far over 8 weeks, so I don't think I'm eating too much. Not sure on the BF% as the BF scale I have does not work for athletic builds (my wife's numbers for comparison sake are 12 points higher on the scale than her true number). If I had to guess using how far off it is for her - I would say around 14%. Also, I do cardio for 1 hr/twice a day to stimulate fat burning.

i would lower protein to 250g/day and focus on diet and cardio more. you can add t3 in but i would only go up to 50mcg/day for 6-8 weeks
