diet consisting of tuna, steak , chicken breast, turkey, pnb,oatmeal,and romaine salad. 70-15-15 split . 2000 calories a day for 3 weeks. 2500 a day for week 4. 2000 a day for weeks 5, and 6. 2800 a day for week 7. 2000 a day for weeks 8-10.

I would think with the catabolism of T3 and the shutdown effects of Fina, you should throw in some prop at 100 mg/day.
The T3 looks good, otherwise, the Tren/Prop cycle is pretty classic:
75 mg Tren/day
100 mg Prop/day
If you want to throw in the winny, I'd do 50-100 mg day (actually, I'd do 50-100 mg/day if injecting, 100 mg/day if oral).
And of course and anti-e. I'm not prone to gyno, but I still take liquidex with every cycle (although liquidex won't work against fina gyno sides).
Workout, cardio and diet look good.
As far as supplements, I'd add a good liver protector (I prefer Tylers), and I'm sure there's a few other's I'm forgetting.
I'd do some research on this boards (and some others). There's a wealth of information on this type of cycle.

Tweeti just dont have test, its kind of a what i have now cycle. forgot tylers, good point. im kind of a minimalist when it comes to cycles and supps, dont really care for any nore supps.
