TweetLast night did Bicep barbell curls.. I don't know If I did too much I had 2 45lbs plates on each side plus 10lbs plates on each side...so I cheated a little bit all of a sudden I feel this sharp sharp paralyzing pain on the left side of my back..under my lat...I am crippled...hardly can sit still..or move...I'm unable to take a deep breath because it feels like getting stabbed with a sharp knife...
What could this be.
