Need help with my gums

TweetI have used tobacco for about 5 years on and off now and i am trying to quit...my gums are really ate up...they are really low now!!! my question is will they heal up and grow back with time or is there anything i can do about it...they are really low on my canines and it looks bad!!! MISTAKES MISTAKES...

Tweetas far as i know there is nothing that can really be cone you might be able to have some kind of surgery i would say from this point forward you need to be brushing flossing using mouth wash and don't forget to lightly brush your gums. with all of this combined you might get some regrowth but if not atleast you can stop them from moving anymore back
