Tweetso my 2002 computer took a dump. lucky for us, my wife extended the warrenty and it's good 'till 12/08!! so, it's the mother board. we took it to best buy and the geek squad sent it out for repair. so, going without it for a couple weeks was fine becouse atleast i'd get it back. if it wasnt for the warrenty, we'd be going without a computer at home for awhile. they call us to come get it about 10 days or so ago, and it looked like they played football with the dam thing! all dented up, scratches, broken plastic moldings, i couldnt believe it!! i refuse it, called the corporate complaint number and they appologized up and down. promiced they'd have it done before this weekend and sent me a 100$ gift card as a gesture of good will...guess what MY SHYT'S STILL BROKE!!! suday, i about, dragged that little geek from across the desk and killed him! THEY DIDNT EVEN SEND THE FUKER OUT YET!!!!

Tweetbest buy sucks bro. I know that first handed trust me. They are just too **** slow and their customer service sucks badly. Micro-Center is a place to fix a computer if you have them in your area.
Tweetholy shyt bro that suckx as$ big time. sorry to hear that. once I took my computer in and I told them to make sure they saved my documents...I had like about 300 photos stored, priceless...I pick it up and take it home and guess what? thats right, they wiped out everything that was on my computer...I walked back in and they acted like "So what, you cant expect us to save that stuff, you should have saved it yourself""...I went completely phuckin crazy......lol...I called them every name in the book and I was screaming my head off...now I need to go back in there cuz they have cheap monitors...lol

Dell has kept us straight with their warrantee. The desktop was down for 2 or 3 days when the hard-drive went south. They sent a guy to the house with a new one, and he did the swap. Loaded the drivers and everything. Dell definitely stepped their customer service up after it went to shyt around 2003-'05ish. You don't even get put on hold when you call. and they could understand me and vice-versa...that's a plus. I remember the other issue I had in '04 when one of the DVD drives quit on me, I literally couldn't understand a damm word the dude was saying...after holding for 45min. I finally had to chat online with customer service, and just had them send me the replacement. It got here in 2-3days and wasn't shyt to swap, but it is nice to be able to actually speak the same language with your help.
Hope they get you set up sooner than later.
TweetLearn to build your own computer. It saves a lot of headaches and grief since no customer service is involved except maybe from where you buy the components.

welp....still not done. but, i've hammered so hard now that they've sent me 2 100$ gift cards!! i told the head geek, at this rate, you should just hand me one off the shelf! it's supposed to be done by friday....we'll see! i also paid 100$ for them to back up the hard drive so i wouldnt loose my pics. if that shyt's gone, i swear i'll through that fuker accross the counter at them! and i'm NOT paying the 100$!!!!
