TweetFor me, my pct is normally Clomid, HCG and Nolva if needed (i rarely get gyno) ... done many cycles w/o Nolva and ny gyno problems... I've been lucky on that side...
As far as training just very heavy, hard intense workout..and I may up my calories a little bit.. When I'm bulking I try not to do too much cardio... maybe 2-3 times a week... 30-45 min walkin incline on a treadmill.. thats about it..
