TweetSurprisingly enough, I can secure DNP pretty easily, but I have one HELL of a time finding most AS's. Dealers seem to be pretty flakey people. Anyway, can some people here who have actually used DNP in the past give some results? My plan is:
7 days:
DNP 500mg/day, 250mg at 11:00am, 250mg at 11:00pm
T3: 50mcg/day
ECA or NYC, not sure
As well as a SHIT TON of anti-oxidants, as well as a variety of other fat-loss supplements such as l-carnitine, forskolin, chromium, etc.
Stats:
5'10''
195 lbs.
Been running test and fina. BF is not bad, but not great. guessing 15%. I have a 32-33'' waist.
Does this sound like a good dose or should I bump it up? Also, what kind of weight has anyone else lost on something similar?
And cardio every day in the am, and again at night. Work out 3 days.

your doses look quite high actually..I would recomend starting at 200mg/day and working your way up..you shouldnt have to go past 400mg/day.
I would also run the DNP alone, without the T3

TweetMy main source of DNP use comes from Jason Mueller over at anabolicextreme.com. He says to use 4-5mg/kg of body weight. At that, I should use between 350 and 450mg/day. He also says you can use a little bit over this. The T3 is also recommended because DNP is supposed to drop T3 levels pretty quickly as the body realizes that it's losing its massive stores of fat. Besides, I'm only going for 6 or 7 days. And the comments about the 15% bf, is that too high or too low to use DNP? I may be off, it may be slightly higher. In any event, my abs are on the verge of disappearing. I need to drop about 5 or 6 pounds of fat.

People have reported 10-15lb losses with that...people also report feeling like shit on anything over 300mg/day. Start low bro, and see how your body responds..DNP is dangerous stuff its better to be safe than sorry.

TweetYou may be right. I may alternate between 250mg and 500mg. Or maybe just do 500mg in the beginning and then go down to 250mg when the profuse sweating and lethargy begin.
TweetI agree that using dnp to lose 5 lbs is ridiculous. clen and t3. or just xenadrine of other eca and a little cardio. if you do do it drop the t3 do 250 mgs for a week. I've done a lot of dnp and it's not excactly a fun experience. but at 200-250 mgs you won't be that uncomfortable. also if this is your first time keep a box of benadryl in case of an allergic reaction.

TweetIt may make you sick, but I don't want to spend the next month of my cycle cutting, and then another 2 weeks getting my strength back where it was. It may be easy for you guys, but I'm telling you, my genetics absolutely SUCK. My body's "natural" level of BF is set at a relatively high point. I've been bodybuilding for 6 years so I do have my body figured out quite well by now.
