I re-registered to the gym that I haven't been to in a couple years. I checked to see if the company that I work for got some kind of deal, and a good deal we get indeed. The gym bills the company. Isn't that nice?
I need to get rid of my home set-up. I gotta free up that room and finally get it looking decent. Who wants some equipment?
that is pretty sweet...if i lived closer, i'd take you up on the home gym equip...
what do you have?
yeah, the shipping would probably be outrageous. It's pretty decent equipment. The brand is IGS (Iron Grip Strength). It has a smith machine with pec attachment, lat bar, lower pulleys for seated rows etc... You can also use the normal bar for regular straight bar bench press, flat, incline, decline. I love the bench. It's comfy and quality. Some of the exercises don't work just right, like the preacher curl bar, so I just use dumbells with the pad. I don't care for the pec press thing either, but I've never really liked that machine at any gym. I do like the tilted smith machine for squats because it's easier on my lower back. I do front squats in the gym because they don't hurt my back.
It breaks down into shippable parts. I'm sure it could get pricey though.
