TweetIs frontloading long esters an effective way to speed up your strength/size gains?
TweetI think it makes more sense to kick start a long estered cycle with fast acting compound.
TweetOops, sorry I didn't answer your question. i didn't like front loading, I tried it once didn't like the sides more than I liked any increase in seeing results.
Tweetlol...It's cool. I've never tried frontloading long esters myself. It never REALLY made sense to me. Thanks for the feedback
Tweetyeah, I say just use some stout 17aa oral or fast esters if you want a boost out of the gate. The long esters aren't really gonna start kicking in for a couple weeks anyway.
TweetThere use to be a graph that showed the calculation of test levels between a front load vs a non-front load cycle; it actually made a lot of sense that's why I tried it. I'll see if I can find it.
Tweetoh I'm sure it panned out sensibly for you to give it a go Klash. I imagine you can sky-rocket your levels pretty quickly that way.
TweetMy primary reason for front-loading wasn't to speed up the gains but to keep the test levels higher through out the cycle. I didn't notice any drastic difference, accept in my blood pressure.
TweetI front loaded one time and saw no real benifit. Won't do it again. But like klash said, I had read alot and it all made sense so I had to try for myself.
TweetCorrect me if I'm wrong, but what I'm seeing is that it looks good on paper, but it doesn't produce the effects that it proposes. With that said, don't you think that long esters should be excluded from frontloading?
TweetPersonally I don't think more gear is better. The short-term increase in hormone levels won't necessarily translate to greater gains. I agree with adding the oral or short ester in the beginning for kickstart if need be.
Tweeti almost alwasy frontload something like EQ. Not a fan of waiting around for gear to kick in. Lets get to the good stuff I say. Double dose first week won't do any harm and will get things going a bit faster.
Tweeti would not want to frontload test. i would think that it would case way more sides if you were sensitive
