TweetSo sometimes when I am at the gym, I take a break and get something like orange juice or a fruit smoothie... Then when I go back to the weight room obviouly I feel like a million bucks so I end up training a little harder.
My question is this: Am I screwing myself up? Should I not make a habit of this or is it cool?
