Whey protein upseting my stomach ?
TweetWhat could it be. I have no problem with Muscle Milk or any other slow acting protein but whey (ON 100%) gives me upset stomach, diarrhea, gas etc..
I mix it with water and still. Also its waaaaaay too thin...any advice ?

TweetHow much concentrate is in it? I have the same prob from concentrate. Try a pure isolate.
