TweetI'm taking .5 mg of l-dex ED. Really doesn't seem to help much for the water retention. Maybe it would be worse if I wasn't taking it. Oh well it really doesn't bother me. My BP has not going too high. Just makes me look kinda fat. Can't wait to see whats under the water when I'm done.

Up the dose if you arent seeing any results

TweetI'm only on 500mg test a week. I don't want to up my dose of ldex and have it start hurting my gains. Like I said it really doesn't bother me. Just wanted to see how long it will take to go away when I'm done with my cycle.
