TweetLast few days i've been sick as hell. i think i got some bad a$$ bacteria in my system through my skin. i work with some crappy bacteria occasionally and unfortunately due to circumstances that required several of us at work to be up close and personal with some nasty sheet. i didn't notice til the day after that i had several cuts on my arm and they were red and crappy looking. i put some peroxide on them and they bubbled like hell and i was nauseous and weak for a few days. finally yesterday i started to feel a little better and today i am much better but this has happened before where i had to be in an enclosed space and for prolonged time with some nasty bugs and had same reaction. not fun

TweetMuch better today actually. Had a good workout even though i had to go in the afternoon. slept in this morning and just had time to get to work without being late.
