Default nonfat plain yogurt VS. cottage cheese

Everywhere I read it says CC is the best thing to eat b4 bed. It s loaded with salt and taste like absolute sh!t. I have read a few articles saying nonfat plain yogurt is just as good if not better then CC and tastes way better!

What do you think?? I never eat nonfat plain yogurt and dont know much about it. Throw some info down research guru's.

here is an article i found saying how good it is

      I understand what you're saying Harry T.
I have not tried it yet, but I've been told you can mix a little protien with your yogurt. If I did it, I'd get some strawberry protien and strawberry yogurt (with natural fruit, not added sugar. Check the Health section of the store).
When I do protien at night before bed, I tend to want something else to add for filler...
