Tweet3 years off your body will respond like new. You'll probably have better results simply because of muscle density.
TweetHi Guys, it's been a long time I didn't pay you a visit in this great Board !
I was training seriously since 2000 to 2005, and had 3 cycles in 2003-2004. I had a serious health issue in 2005 and was forced to stop training in Feb 2005.
I started lifting again in last September, and started to regain strenght and weight.
I'm planning to have a steroid cycle in May-June-July.
I just want to know if anyone has an idea on how I would react to this cycle. Would I have the same effect as my first cycle ever ? (you know the kind of results ) Since i've been off for 3 years. Or does the body have a strong memory ?? BTW I'm 31 y.o
Thanks Guys
