Tweeti have always been an eq fan, like the slow but steadt strength gains and i don't get a crap load of bloating and it doesn't deaden the johnson like deca does.
Tweeti have to go with deca just for the fact that my shoulder pain is gone while running it...if eq did the same...well, then it'd be deca not eq, lol

TweetI love the size that deca puts on, and how it relieves the joints as well. I don't like the loss of size post cycle compared to eq, and that is one thing that puts the eq over deca for me. I like the appetite with eq. I like the quality more sustainable gains with eq.
It's been a long time since I've done deca because of these points. With that said, I can't wait to do deca again incorporated into a longer cycle so I won't be just ending the cycle all together after putting on the size from deca like I would do years ago. I want to just switch gears after a good 10-14wks of deca.
