Apple Cider Vinegar
TweetAfter researching the board for help on high blood pressure control I started taking Apple Cider Vinegar and Primrose (3000mg ed). Just started yesterday. Wondering if anyone has had success with this combination in lowering blood pressure, of course along with cardio and diet.
