When I'm cycling, and have a lagging body part I will work that part 3 times a week for 7-14 days, it seems to shock my body, and make the laggin part grow very quickly.

Tweetbump for ya bro...I need to know also cause my legs arent small but they dont fit my body...The just dont seem to grow in size but they are shredded like hell.. Great vascularity and definition...And suggestions?

TweetI would try to trian them twice a week. Once a week train with low reps(6-8). Once a week train with higher reps(15-20).
