      alright here's whats up...

i love to sleep...point blank.. i've been suffering from insomnia i think for a while now and lately things are getting back to normal where i'm able to get a good night sleep. I start feeling sleepy around 10:30 11 o'clock and then I go to bed. Being a person that I am it takes me a while to completely fall asleep. Now, I own a gym and have a person open up for me at 5AM and she is there until 10AM. That's when I come. I need to wake up around 9AM get ready for the day and leave around 9:20 so I can be at my gym at 10AM. I'd like to get up at around 6:30AM and have my nice breakfast but I just can't get UP...no matter what.... Last night I told myself I'll wake up...6:30 to 7 o'clock make..nice breakfast ..and just get ready for the day...watch...tv...news whatever..and then leave..........yeahh right...I got up at 9(something) and I'm tired of this. I won't lie I like to sleep in but for me it's hard to get up. Any tips on how can I just do this right.... I'm a big baby

well there is couple simple ways to fall asleep easy one that comes to mind is pop to tylanol pm's a hour before you hit the sack they will knock you right out, go to the doc and maybe he prescribe you something. sounds to me that when you go to bed you mind maybe racing and your maybe falling asleep but your not getting a good night rest

If you need to fall asleep earlier I would use Melatonin. It's produced by the brain when it gets dark outside tot ell the body to start winding down. You ever met those people who just seem to get tired as soon as it's evening? It how the human body tells itself to go to sleep. Now, during my bouncing days and party days, I really through my body off because I had to not only be awake I had to be alert as well. I found that Melatonin was the best thing for me.

With that said, the morning thing you are attempting is too big of a jump. You are trying to go from 9 am to 6:30 am, it's not going to happen. First, go to 8:30 and get used to that, then go to 8 and get used to that, and so on. Any time you put the body through a dramatic change, it's not going to like it very much. But, small changes over time make it much easier to adjust to. You may even be able to start with 8.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

I take ambien on and off and still have problems sleepin. You could get some caffiene pills to pop when your alarm goes off to help get ya in the groove.

I would try zma, melatonin I dont think would work for you since you able to sleep but not get into taht deep sleep that you need (at least that is what it sounds like)

Do you sleep and then wake up throughout the night? or do you have problems getting to sleep? or is it just getting that restful sleep that one needs.

If its getting to sleep Melatonin a low mg or ZMA, if its staying asleep try the time released melatonin, but melatonin is not something you want to stay on for long periods of time.

Kava kava can help you relax before bedtime as well as valarian root can help get you to sleep.

I will see what else we have at the store and get back to you if you would like.

I used to have problems falling asleep but for about a week or two I don't have problems. I even get deep sleep... I am awake around 6 7 am during this time I'm not in the "deep sleep" state but just sleeping.

Then I would try the ZMA first and then go from there. It should give you that well rested feeling when you wake at 6-7. IMO But I will still see what we have so you can look into it.
