TweetI wrote an e-mail to Big Ron few days ago and surprisingly he replied lol
I asked him about his diet and how he currently looks and rumors about his comeback and this is what he had to say:
318lbsWell my breakfast is grits and a protein shake, grits are made with water. The rest of my meals are grilled chicken and filet mignon and turkey. Thats my protein, my carbs consist of baked potatos and rice, thats pretty much my diet. My nutritionist normally breaks it all down for me into carbs and protein. My nutritionist is Chad Nicholls.
I won't be competing for Mr. O title again but might do another shows such as Arnold's Classic. I'm doing some tours in Asia and Europe and that's about it. I'm at 318lbs, weighted myself this morning. My training is pretty much the same from when I trained for my pre-contests. Hope this helps.
