TweetDamn I've been busy with this new job and the home cpu krapped out so what have i missed? Been on the road the last month and working out with *#&#&T%ty marriott equipment... but the points rock.

Does anyone have any reco's for using the hotel equip? I just don't feel like I'm getting the same workout as being in the gym.

BTW, my work has offered us a discount to a major gym but this thing is huge and I don't see the benifit in it other than to meet new people. Looks like the SAM's of gyms.

Also, I heard there is comp in Chicago in November? True and a link?

TweetGoog job Dave...On the big gym subject. I worked out at a massive gym when I lived in Florence, S.C. It was owned by the group that also built the biggest hospitals in South Carolina. It was awesome. I loved it. This place was unbelievable. The cielings had to be 50'. It was 2 level...Massive! Like d150 said, you really never had to wait. You could always get your workout in.
