TweetLOL I don't want to sound like a hypochondriac but lately I've been having vivid dreams (this morning I had a dream that I was shot by some gangster, then it turned out that my father shot me...then my sister told me my friend died..some weird and crazy dreams... I feel asleep but I feel like my sleep is interrupted often for no reason. Also, for the past few days I'm feeling a little bit disorientated, slightly dizzy .. If I look straight and have my head straight I feel like I want to tilt my head and look down..also a lot restless, constant moving etc.

How long has it been happening? In the last few years I've noticed that when my blood sugar gets low I get this loopy feeling. I never had it before but I have it now. Sometimes it can be a food thing, or a supplement thing. Do you take Melatonin? That stuff causes some very wierd dreams, I'm talking very weird. If I could remember some of them I could make a movie out of it weird. The kinds of dreams that you can't wait to wake up from....well.....some are cool weird but most freak me out.

Also, you may be lacking some kind of vitamin or mineral. Start eating more fruit and veggies and see if that helps.

With things like that, unless it lasts for a few days straight, I just don't worry about it too much.
