I also box squat as well...Good numbers...I assume you can do more though...I'm doing 315 x's 10 365 x's 6 and 415 x's 2 on the box...No belt...Do you use a belt? I can't...It messes up my breathing...I've always trained this way with no problems...

Do you ever do DL's from the floor rather than a lift?
TweetIf I were trainin to squat in a meet I'd wear a belt to get used to it, but right now I don't. I figure I'll make my abs stronger doin some squats without it. Right now, my muscles are capable of doin more but my right leg is still givin me shyt when I go anything over 400. I broke it in two places round the end of June/beginning of July. Compound fractue, pretty nasty. Heavy squats irritate it but deads don't bother it at all.
