B-12 ~ It increases your appetite, which would increase your metabolism and if u kept your caloric intake the same then would you burn fat faster or is that an anorexic idea?

Other ideas for cutting with injectable B-12 are welcome?

Never knew that B12 helps increase appetite.

And just because it does increase appetite doesn't mean it'll up your metabolism.

Marijuana makes me hungrier than a 400lb women on survivor! Yet I'm pretty sure it doesn't up my metabolism. If anything it slows down my metabolism.

Sorry... can't be of much help..

b12 doesnt increase your metabolism enough to be used effectively in a cutting cycle IMO. Its great for appetite increases though.

You think too much Josh, but I like that idea. Vitamin b12 aids folic acid in regulating the formation of red blood cells, and helps in the utilization of iron. This vitamin is also required for proper digestion, absorbtion of foods, the sythesis of protein, and the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats etc etc. I thought about that today, that on a cutting cycle with high protein it B12 will add energy and aid in fatloss.

Good info bro. Can't get any better than that.

BTW - studies have shown that marijuana does increase the metabolism.
