I can answer a couple of those. I don't care who you are, test & deca will make you big. I would run that for 2-3 months along with maybe d-bol or ad50 on and off throughout the mass/ "I don't give a shyt how I look as long as I'm putting on mass" section of the training. Your diet is also going to change dramatically depending on where you're at. You'll go from one extreme to the other.
