      I'm going to compete next august, first show. I've been as high as 203lbs at about 11%bf off-season. Right now, I'm 5'5", 187 and 10%. I want to get up to around 205-210, then diet down to just under 176 to dominate the middleweight class. I just started 500/week test enth and 800/week EQ, what else do you think I should do from now till contest time? Don't be afraid to suggest high doses or whacky ideas... doesn't mean I'll actually think of DOING them, but I'm always happy to read them Thanks for the help bros!

      How old are you, and how many years have you been training? Also, what's your cycle history? What makes you huge? And what makes you shredded and look like a road map?

      I can answer a couple of those. I don't care who you are, test & deca will make you big. I would run that for 2-3 months along with maybe d-bol or ad50 on and off throughout the mass/ "I don't give a shyt how I look as long as I'm putting on mass" section of the training. Your diet is also going to change dramatically depending on where you're at. You'll go from one extreme to the other.
      Let's start with your history and what you know works for you. Then, What are your plans?...cycle and diet wise???...from now leading right up to competition?

      Test/Tren/Drol cycle...HCG/Arimidex/Clomid for PCT...At your height, you're going to look huge regardless...Just keep yourself balanced Keep that back, delts and quads stocked...I would run this cycle for 10 weeks...Doses? well not sure what you can handle.

      I'm 26, 8 years training, plenty of cycles under my belt. Test/eq/dbol to bulk, don't really like deca. Test/tren/winny when I cut, maybe masteron as well, perhaps halo the last 2 weeks pre-contest. Doses as much as I can handle safely

      It sounds like you're right in line with what I was thinking. Ya no clen on and off throughout ads a nice look especially through cutting right up to contest. Eat hard and train harder. Really get serious with your diet and you'll get where you want.
      With your height and talking about the weight class you're targeting, you used a pretty good word for what you should do "dominate"...If you got the frame/bone structure and symmetry. Just use this next 8 months like a programmed machine and you'll be on point.

      What do you mean other than AS? I've used insulin a few times, and GH once or twice but never long enough to do much b/c it was too pricey. Same with IGF-longR3. Run plenty of creatine and stuff though, and done DNP before... that what you mean?

      Yeah, I wasn't concerned about the GH, but I don't like to mention slin unless someone knows the routine. Of course a good gh throughout would be nice but like you said, pricy. Insulin on the other hand kicks ass and is not so pricy. What do you do for your simple carb intake for slin? Also, do you hit slin pre workout or right after or what?

      Slin post-workout, 10iu's of humalog along with 100g's of simple carbs and 50-60g's of WPI. An hour later, same thing. 2hrs later, a normal meal. Get you huge in no time if your stomach can handle it.
