      Well, it all depends.

      What are your goals?
      What experience do you have?
      How old are you?
      How long have you been training?
      Have you considered the consequences?
      How well do you trust the people you plan to get your gear from?

      i'm 25 and i just want to know whats a good first time cycle.. I work out 5x a week I want to get bigger stronger see how well i grow.and dont worry about me please i'm a adult and know what i'm getting into

      Ok, then I would do FUZO's advice and do a long ester test at 500 MG/wk for 12 weeks. Also, make sure you have pct on hand or you will lose most, if not all, of your gains.

      what fuzzy said, but you could even drop the dose to 250mg a week, and if your diet is good you will still grow like a weed

      Diet and rest are one of the crucial things you have to keep in mind.And lay off the booz and other rec.substances.You must work out hard also. I also threw in 400mg. of EQ for my tendonswhen I ran test-e. Keep us posted.

      you are going to get various answers a test only cycle is one of the best ways to go for a first time cycle. I know a lot of people like to throw in EQ or a little deca too

      Just make sure your diet is on other wise you will waste your time. Diet is usually the reason why a cycle fails.

      ^That'd be a nice right out the gate cherry popper. Honestly though, just for first time sake and because you'll get great gains with test alone, I would keep Kaizer's program in mind for a 2nd run. Right after about a month in a half off, and you're just dieing to go back on because you've seen the strength and size gains.
      You ought to just run test like they said at about 400-500mgs a week for 10-12 weeks, then tear into something like kaizer laid out for you. You're gonna benefit from that stout cycle the same wheather you do it first or after a 2 month break after your first. The thing is, you'll be a bigger dude from your test only run and you'll get that much bigger from that stack as a second cycle.

      Test only 1st cycle. I just feel like that is the natural course of anabolic advancement,lol.

      While I have only done 3 full cycles and starting my 4th, I agree test is the way to go for your first. As TMan said though, you have to consider the consequences as well.........You will NEVER be able to play professional baseball

      VANILLA ICE: Why don't you tell us what is your goal ? Gaining muscle mass or losing weight and toning. ?? If I was you (if you want to gain weight and add size) I'd do Test E at 500mg like FUZO said (this is 2cc's a week - assuming your Test E is 250mg/mg per cc - most likely it is so what You can do is Monday 1cc right glute, Thursday 1cc Left glute = 500mg....do this for 12wks and make sure to have some clomid for post cycle therapy (not having this will result in your gains loss almost immediately) and nolvadex in case you need it for gyno(***** tits). I'd also throw in some d-bol if you have it on hand 30-40mg for 4 weeks ...DBol is harsh on liver so get some ALA or Milk Thistle to help your liver function normally while on dianabol.
