my brother just leased a h3. he's not impressed. agree with gas milage. we get ford and gm discounts and both are a good deals. he say's if it wasnt for the wife complaining about "another explorer" thats exactly what he would have baught! he still loves those trucks. i would look at one of those. also, as far as gm, the envoy is a nice truck when you get them jammed up!

well the alpha is a V8 and it gets about 15 around town and about 19 on the highway. I looked at a fj cruser but it listed about 32k, and gets 16/20 but runs on premium wich by the new CAFE standards is 18.2 x $3.29(takes premium) is $2711.00, hummer 17. gas is $2.99 and at 15k a year is 2638.00... I don't like the power of the 5 cyl 3.7 litre H3 but the V8 in the alpha makes a huge difference. also primium here is about 40 cents more a gallon than regular... So what else is out there worth a poop? or should i just get a scion xd and put 33's on it lmao

Honestly I like the new four door jeep but looks like it belongs in jurasic park on a tour... but the extra room is killer... also like the nitro but it has gas mileage about like the H3. And I don't get employee discounts with those two....

it doesn't bother me.... at least yet lol
i won't drive it every day and my daily gets about 24/32 a 4 banger ranger. I have to get a 4 door by march b/c the company is giving me a 750 a month car allowance(before taxes so about 450). I have looked at the smaller bmw's, infin., lexus and they just don't do it for me and i'd be into the bottom end of their brand. I get a company car next year and i still will get my car allowance. ... but if there is something out there at that price that I should go for I'd be game...

Dude, do not get the H3, the people out here that have them hate them. If you want something with some class for a good price get the Acura SUV. It's a sweet ride and get's decent gas mileage. Now, if you want to stay with GM for discount, get a Jeep product. They now come with lifetime drivetrain warranties. That means you can bring it out here and we can trash the hell out of it and they will fix it. LOL Seriously, you just can't beat a lifetime drivetrain warranty or the quality of a Acura. Several people I know with the MDX, or whatever it is, love it. And, it looks good. Also, the Audis are sweet rides too. Of course, that may exceed your budget but sell your truck and use that for the down payment.

Bro I'd rather shave me arse and ride a unicycle backwards then drive an MDX. It is a glorified minivan that looks like an SUV. I'd rather get a 4 runner.... hmmm

Nothing at all wrong with a 4 runner. Some are really nice with decent gas mileage and we all know the longevity of Toyotas if cared for.

Ok, well when I had a Jeep, the car keys read "GM" right on the key. So, that's where I got that from. LOL
