Dec. 8th SSA ironman meet

TweetIt went better than I expected. We had over 20 lifters and had a great time. House of Pain helped to sponsor it with $20 gift cards and other goodies in addition to the swords I was givin away. The best lifter award went to Mark Driggers who competed @ 198 with a rediculously easy 500lb bench and 675 dead. The bodyweight rep contest went to the little power house Austin Padgett. He's 12 yrs. old weighed in at 79 if I remember right and he wound up with 50 reps. These are complete reps by the way. I know damn well I couldn't hit my bodyweight for 50, lol!
