      i have done tris several times, only done 1 ml in each tri. I have done bis a few times, but i dont really like it

      tris I do a lot when I use prop. I usualy do 1/2 eod on each side or I just do a full cc

      i hit bi's with 1cc prop or tren. tris i hit with 1cc in the side head and i can hit 1.5cc's in the rear head, the peak of the curve on the bottom.

      lol i hit both tris at the same time also. i have only done bis, tris delts, azz and quads. i tried lower quad once and was cripple for a week. i have done up to 3ml in delts azz and quads. i dont really like to do 3 but it can be done if running alot and you have the size to do it.

      So you mean if your a fat azs

      I really only do quads, gluts, tris and delt but if I put to much in my delts I cant lift my arms. I stick 3c in my gluts and quads everywhere else I just cant do that much

      I don't hit tris but with bis I would start out at 1/2 and see how it goes. The trick I learned that really helped me was NOT to rub it in afterwards. It would get sore as hell. Just put it in real slow and let the natural processes go to work. The soreness is very minimal that way. At least, for me it is.
      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

      I do Bi's every other week. 2mls in each when I do. I have been hitting bi's for years now and love it. I definitely would not reccommend anyone doing that volume who is just starting out.

      Always scared to hit tri's though for some reason.

      I've done both bi's and tri's. Bi's really hurt for me for some reason. Lots of people like doing them. Tri's done hurt during injection for me but them bastards have my whole bicep, tri, and forearm inflammed. lol. I wont do them again
