Squat 555 (no wraps just belt)
Bench 405 (wrist wraps) 515 w/shirt
Dead 655 (belt only)
These were all done when I was between 195 and 200.
TweetWell at my best (about 1.5 years ago)these are aproximates as I wrote the numbers down in my training journal at the time and am too lazy to go dig it up right now! lol

I also weighed only 220lbs at that time and used to train with guys who weighed near the 300 lb range and usually beat them in all my lifts!
TweetOh and all lifts were raw, I used wrist straps for deadlifts, wrapped my wrists for bench and wore neoprene knee coverings for squats, always wanted to try a bench shirt but I am a bodybuilder so could not justify buying one.

my back is not in the best condition, a couple herniated discs, so squats and deads are not my strong point...i always go low weight on them...i know it is a sad # but i cant afford to be tied up out of work,lol

NASA did not do raw squats then in powersports, only assisted.

i cant even remember the last time i maxed on bench... or even did a regular bench. Most of my work is on the smith machine these days.
