Tweetjust outta curiosity for those of you who have dogs...are you guys bothered with fleas?

I know during out hot months we're plagued with them...but there has been a recent dip in temp (for us at least) and the fleas are horrible!

TweetFleas are on the increase due to the dry conditions lately. Even though the temp dropped the dry conditions make it ideal for hatching eggs. Spray your lawn with Permethrin and add a little Dawn dish liquid to sprayer. 5-7 days later spray it again. TweetI hate phukin fleas. We had a war with em a couple years ago. We treated the interior of our home, the yard and had our dog dipped. It took care of em but the vet told us if we don't treat everthing they'll just keep coming back.

Tweeti've been so lucky on that!! we had them for a summer, about 7-8 years ago with my dog, but that was the only summer he had them!

TweetHave you tried any of the new flea control like Frontline or Revolution on them? I know it won't get all of the fleas in your yard, but at least it might give your pets some relief.

I keep my cats indoors, so they don't have any. At least I haven't seen any on them.

You know you can always test it on O2 first!
