For example, let's say she was a lazy person and he dad wanted to teach her to make something of herself instead of living off of his money. Or, maybe the mom will leave it to her when she dies so there is no point in Tori having it now. I guess if I was a millionaire and died, I would'nt leave too much to my son, I'd leave it to my wife and put a certain amount in investments for him to have at a certain age. I would want my son to make something of himself and no just live off of what I had accomplished.
