TweetI like that. Recently I've been helping out alot of friends who claim that they want to get in shape. So I have been making all of them all inclusive diets with training and supplementing info, meal ides and portions included. Really a no-brainer, if they follow it they will lose weight. It just bugs the crap out of me when someone acts like they want to go through this change yet still orders a 32 ounce coke for dinner and gets a refill. Anyway, I think I will have people read this first and see what their reaction is.
