that's for winXP.. i forgot where the device manager is in other windows versions... (should the the same for win2k tho)

Tweetcheck in the device manager... if there is still the question mark, it means it doesn't have the proper driver or it's not working...
reinstall the drivers (either from the cd that came with the card or from the net)
it shoudl work if u install new drivers.....
Tweetyes its the series of the card manufacturer. try updating your driver to see if that makes the question mark go away
