Nah... Once he started resisting they were justified. I agree with "freedom of speech" but once he started being disruptive towards the assembly it also changes things.
We are a free country but once you have sh*t stains like him trying to ruin it, well, what can you do?

TweetI don't see how you can justify assaulting someone because they were resisting arrest when the arrest wasn't justified. They were interrupting him from the beginning; interestingly enough when they cut his mike it seemed he was 5-10 seconds away from being finished. Then when they were taking him into custody, he kept asking "what am I being arrested for?" they never told him.
There is a second video of him outside the auditorium where he kept persisting for an answer to what he was being arrested for and the officers kept ignoring him; finally the female officer stated he was being arrested for inciting a riot.
He was eventually charged with public disruption? The cops seemed to be just as dumbfounded as he was. Sheep just following orders? Arresting someone for asking questions in an antagonizing tone? So we have freedom of speech as long as their is no condescending tone.
TweetNo one ever told him that he was "under arrest". The officers were simply trying to remove him from the auditorium for being disruptive.
When he resisted them it changed things a LOT. Had he remained calm and not flailing and jerking around and asked them for an answer I bet he would have got one.
Don't take me the wrong way....I fully believe in freedom of speech. But where do you draw the line? Yes, this is a free country but people CANNOT have COMPLETE freedom to do whatever they want while in public or you would have absolute madness.
