...i'm shinking!!!!!!!!! i weighed myself this morning 2x's becouse i couldnt believe it!!! i'm at 207 and my jeans (32x32) used to fit perfect...i've actually have had very favorable comments from the ladies (no corrodo, you dont count as one of the "ladies"), but now they are loose in the seat (no corrodo, not like that, dont get excited) and the waist is atleast an inch loose. the bad part is, my shirts are fitting looser also. alot looser in the arms and chest. looks like the shirt's stretched out now! i dont like that!...i dont know how i feel about this "cardio" shyt yet....i wasnt thinking i needed to shrink, even if it is mostly fat...i had pretty well porportionate fat!!

I know how ya feel. If I notice my clothes fitting a little looser I don't like that either. Light in the azz sucks. 207 isn't light in the azz though brotha...unless you're 6'5". How tall are you?

Throw everything in the dryer with a wet wash cloth for an hour and you will be back to them being tight again. I feel your pain Dave! I went from 200lbs to 183lbs this year. Everyone says I look bigger, which makes no sense to me. I don't feel bigger. But I love the fact that I'm about two months from having perfect abs.

You gotta look at the upside brotha!

Atleast your not like Corrodo weighing in at a measley 290 something pounds! What a lightweight!

i've been rolling my sleeve's up since high school (corrodo, high school is where you should've went AFTER 8th grade!!! nope, you wasnt s'posed to be "done and gradchakated")

We're the same height. You've got close to 30 lbs on top of me so you're a big dude. Everyone says I look big, but I feel puny!

i'm the same way....i know i'm not really "small" but i dont feel anywhere near big!
