      Could someone give me a short summary on how to use this without me having to read through 20 pages manuals?

      I'm cutting and my lean mass cycle is ending soon. I want to use it for losing some more fat after my cycle/keeping my mass gains/ bridging to the next cycle.

      Is it any good for this purpose?

      How much do I use, when and for how long?

      Please spill every details... without the theory.

      No more than 5 weeks.
      If this is your first time, take 40mcg a day ED AFTER GYM in the tummy like GH or 5 days on and 2 day off..
      Take em after gym
      Make sure that u take enough protein and carbs with it since it has the same effect as insulin where u can feel that u are going to pass out...
      NEVER take it wt insulin same time.
      SIDE EFFECT IF U DONT TAKE ENOUGH CARBS: sweating cold sweats.
      blurry vision.
      shaking.
      But wt 40mcg u should be fine unless u go higher than 100mcg.
      Anything above 120mcg is a waste .
      Usually igf1 comes wt 1 cc of bac water or acetic ...
      use slin 1 cc.. after u mix it, it has to be in the fridge.
      1cc=100ius =1000mcg
      so 10 ius on slin needle is 100mcg so every lil black line is 20mcg, so 20,40,60,80,and 100mcg is where the 10 is.

      40-60mcgs for 4-6 weeks. and yes big mike is right.

      thanks a bunch BIG MIKE but I do have several ?'s

      *Is suspect it is used SQ and not IM?

      * how long after gym is after gym? can I wait 30" till get home or not, otherwise it won't be all that refrigerated.

      * Also, I usually perfom 20-30" of cardio after a weight training session, do I use it before the cardio or after?

      * what on non lifting days?

      * can you use it after heavy cardio sessions or after a long swim or run?

      * is there a critique carb minumum you will need to consume in order not to pass out? Assuming I'm dieting I also don't want ot overdo it on the carbs. Are there some thumbrules and how do I cope if I haven't taken enough? Will for instance drinkin a coke solve things, or how long does this take?

      *In your opinion, is it truly worth it's money, or has it been rather disappointing? What effect did you notice and where there worthwile.

      1) SQ like GH

      2) no more than 30 mns...

      3) after cardio--------> when u go home, when u are done from gym

      4) i usually run it 5 days on and 2 day off and if u are not lifitng dont take it..but some peeps do, and htey do it b4 bed time.

      5) i rather cardio.

      6)take like whey protein that has very ligth carbs and some peeps drink a drink from ABB..., stay away from coke if u are trying to lean up, no liquid carbs since has very highghgghghghghghghg sugar


      7) i like it better than gh and its cheaper and much stronger.

      i mainly used it for bulking and it works well wt heavy androgen like anadrol, dbol and deca and test.....

      and once i took it wt anadrol t3 win test and deca and was very good...
      but remember igf1 gives u some bloat around the waist line and ur tummy and its normal

      Wow, this is great. I am getting to my mid thirties now and looking for that extra edge. GH is way too much and way to scary for me, a guy at our gym went for a size 12 shoe to a 14, that is just insane, granted he was taking 16iu's ed for god knows how long but when he is dead I will still be lifting!

      Very good info all, also can you site inject it in muscles worked that day or just the tummy? I have heard both, especially site injection for weaker areas to promote cell growth to help your next cycle grow those areas injected....for example I can use a little help with widening my chest so I would prefer to shoot my outer pecs to promote cell growth in those areas and then when I do a heavy cycle of test/dec/dbol those areas should grow from all the new cell growth....

      Am I close on this ir way off? This is what I am reading on other boards and thru other bros I have talked with.....

      Bump for any other tips/no nos/and results from others that have used this...

      How about ABB Carbo-Force? Is it carbs but a lot of sugar as well.....I use my cheaper method of dextrose but sugar again, any thoughts on that?

      still a bit confused on the number of carbs and protein. what if you take too much carbs? will that hurt? what if you take too little? will that make you pass out, or just make you feel like passing out.

      why no liquid carbs? don't the carb's get shuttled into muscle cells?

      Normally after a workout I have a ready to drink containing 25 grams of protein and 25 grams of carbs? so this a no no?

      So... how many carbs and how much protein and what kinds?

      Also, is it like slin where you have to have a solid dinner 1.5 hours later, high in protein, moderate on complex carbs and low on fat, or is this irrelevant on IGF?

      Sorry, for the many questions, but I want to get this right.

      i have done it both as site inject and tummy.. but it disperse better in the fat (tummy)..
      its your choice, try both and see what works for u.. for me tummy all da way.

      ok check my pics out from my show and u cau see the results.. i took igf1lr3 and came off 2 weeks out to get rid of the bloat.

      i dont think its called carb force or it coudl be it.. u can use dextrose as well... but u need SOME sugar and carb wt igf1

      bro when u are dieteing u never want to drink soda like liquid carb, u need DRY CARBS like baked potatoes, brown rice, rice cake TO SUCK WATER OUT .. BUT LIKE I SAID U DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE SIDE EFFECT SINCE U AINT GOING HIGH THEN 100MCG OR 120MCG.......
      AND NO ITS NOT LIKE SLIN WHERE UHVAE TO WAIT 1.5 HOURS AND EAT

      HE IS TALKING ABOUT IGF1, WHAT U HAVE IM SURE ITS IGF1 LR3, IT ATTACHES LONGER TO UR RECEPTOR......
      i use slin needle as well and it wont hurt and like i have mentioend b4, i took it tummy and site inject but i like it better in tummy.. SEE what works wt u
