Tweetanybody try this yet? i just picked some up this weekend and just started using it. i've read alot about it, and, as usual, it sounds to good to be true. i'm pretty much sticking to after workout only, but was wondering if anyone uses it before meals (like first and 2nd meal of the day, or pre workout)....

Tweetdave I've used it and will continue using it for one thing....Post Workout. It is the fastest assimulating carb we have but it also will help shuttle your protein to where it needs to be...
