TweetHave one of those night of sleep where they JUST CANT get to bed for whatever reason. Restless and next thing you know its time to get up and your not sure you even slept....HATE those nights, seems like I get them 2-3 weeks into a cycle and about once a month it happens (like now) and leaves me foggy all dam day. No matter what I did last night I couldnt get to sleep...Sorry had to rant, makes the day go so slooooooow and shiit!! Over!

Yup, I take in a couple grams of GABA with a glass of milk before bed and it helps tremendously.

TweetHAve those kind of nights about once a week. Have tried just about everything. Usually I take 2 325mg asprin and in about 20 minutes I'm sleeping like a log.
